BEST MEMORY Sitting in the room I shared with Vikki, I stared blankly at the colored pencils rolling across the floor, away from my sketch book after I had thrown them down in frustration.
Just as I heaved a deep sigh, the door knob rattled. I stared at it, expecting Vikki to dance in, gloating about her stupid boyfriend. Instead, Mama walked in carrying a large crate with something howling furiously inside it. I looked up at her and she merely smiled, setting the crate down on my bed. She unlatched the door and it walked out onto my sheets, perfectly calm, surveying the room intently.
That cat was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen. White, with slightly long hair, the tabby stripes that spread along it body, forehead, ears, and ringed its tail all glowed with a rainbow pattern that chased itself across the cat's pelt and started over again.
I scooped her up in my hands, noting with satisfaction how she curled into the crook of my elbow, purring loudly. It was the most beautiful sound I had ever hear in my life. I never even noticed my Mama leaving the room. I sat with Tibby in my lap and gathered my pencils, carefully sketching out the portrait of my beautiful cat.
WORST MEMORY None have affected her significantly so far.
OVERALL PERSONALITY
▪ OUTGOING Domino is probably the craziest person you will ever meet. She is loud, spontaneous, slightly psychotic, and definitely crazy. But in a good way. She loves to have fun and make people laugh, even if she's making fun of herself. She has almost zero humility and lives life to the fullest.
▪ CREATIVE Domino loves being creative, and it is most definitely her second best quality. She can turn anything into everything, from silverware into wind chimes and tin foil and duct tape into sculptures.
▪ ARTISTIC Domino revolves around the arts. She designs all of her clothing and some of the other Order members'. She loves to draw and paint. The walls of her room ore alive with the bright colors of her works, some of which are animated in the typical Wizarding style; the walls of St. Mungo's are occasionally dotted with her works. She even owns a small art shop in Knockturn Alley. She is also a poet and a singer, which go hand in hand, the lyrics of her poetry often inspiring her music.
▪ ANNOYING Domino's love of fun works as a double-edged sword. She is constantly hyper when other people just want her to shut up.
▪ WITTY You will never find a bigger smart-alec than Domino. Nor a better actress. Domino can deceive almost anyone, or warp their mind to the point that they question their own memory.
▪ KINDProbably the smallest quality known to Domino is kindness. When she wants to be, she is a good friend. She never repeats anyone's secrets and despite her wild personality, she's a very sympathetic person and friend.

OVERALL HISTORY
Dominique Adelaide Weasley; veela, witch, weirdo. Get used to it.
Dominique was the second daughter born to Bill and Fleur Weasley, two years after her older sister, Victoire. With her head of thick orange hair, unlike the typical Vela blonde, it was evident from the start that Dominique would be the most unusual of her siblings. Fate would fail to be disappointed.
From the very beginning, Dominique, fondly referred to as "Domino" or "Red" for the most part, has lived in the shadow of her elder sister. Everyone loved Victoire, with her Veela beauty and perfect personality. At the time, Domino felt she was cursed with her father's looks. The Hands of Fate might as well have given her his scars. So she branched out from her family, creating a personality all her own, one so wild and crazy that for some time, her parents wondered if she was ill.
Domino was known for disappearing from sight, earning her the infamous nickname "Houdini." The nickname stuck for months until she was confined to her room. That only made matters worse. Of course, she would be punished, simply because her Veela genes were never made prominent. But no, not perfect little Victoire, even with her little temper tantrums. It was at this point that Domino's artistic skills began to manifest. Confinement in her room, with the same boring atmosphere day after day, with only a companion when her food was brought to her of Vikki stormed in. She became an artist in many forms, starting with poetry. That branched off to create an interest in singing and drawing, which led to her designing clothes.
By the time her confinement ended, Domino was hungry for freedom, though her anger was more mellow and controlled with her newfound talents, fueled only by an unnatural love of her freedom. It was then that she decided that she hated being trapped inside familiar walls for any period of time. She craved freedom, and it powered her like a drug, keeping her going by the time everyone else had long since give up.
When Domino was eight, she discovered that Remus Lupin and Bastion Davis were werewolves. She quickly began harboring a deep hatred of them for what they did to her father, whose appearance she was now glad she half-mirrored. She avoided them at all costs, minus the times when they made contact with her. After a quick kick to the shin, she was gone, thus earning her the title "Blitz", a nickname she was quite fond of, as it supported her wayward personality.
Years passed, and slowly Domino's powers began to reveal themselves. It became quite obvious when her room changed colors that her powers were beginning to reach the point where she would have to be taught to control them. Naturally, Domino wanted to go to Hogwarts, despite it being a death wish. The answer was an automatic "no" to no one's surprise, but to Domino's severe disappointment. She she underwent the same home-schooling as the other children born to the Order members, which she hated immensely.
Years passed and Domino's magical skill progressed moderately. She had no special skill, minus an above-average potion-brewing ability. She still longed for a school-life at Hogwarts, making friends other than her siblings and the children of her parents siblings and friends, and getting an education from experienced teachers, even if they were Death Eaters. Domino knew where her loyalties lied, but were all students that attended Hogwarts evil in the sense that the Death Eaters were? She doubted it, and wanted to prove it to everyone.
After years of being home-schooled, while the older kids were already off on missions for the Order, Domino's personality turned bitter again. On her fourteenth birthday, venting in her room through her artwork, her mom stepped in with the crate that would reveal her best friend, a Mysticat dubbed "Tibby." She soon gained a greater fondness of cats and even greater dislike of werewolves and canines in general.
Domino is now fifteen, and, with the help of Tibby, has returned to her bouncy, hyperactive self. She still longs for at least a year at Hogwarts, and one way or anther, she will get that wish. Whether her parents like it or not.[/SIZE][/FONT][/ul][/COLOR]

((As for the her getting into Hogwarts thing, I'm doing that to get some interaction with other students, seeing as all of my other characters that I'm actually active with are Order members and are mostly adults. I plan on having her infiltrate as a double agent with out her parents' knowing. If approved, I'll work out the kinks as I go along. If not, I'll edit it out. I just thought it'd make a nice mini-plot.))
