Hair: Victorie might not be a girl who has the Metamorphagus ability to be born with, but she has never let that stop her from being able to be a bit more outlandish then most. She used the ability, and a few spells, to dye pink highlights into her hair. She loves the look despite the fact that her mother and grandmothers think that it is stupid and absurd. It is one of those things that makes Victorie truly what she is, and she'd never change it for the world. She loves her hair and she really wouldn't go back and change it if she had the opportunity. It is just one of those things that describes her personality and her bubbly love of the color along with her love of being energetic.
Stature: For an English woman Victorie is a bit taller then most women and a bit more thin. She is a striking five feet eight inches and only one-hundred and forty pounds. Most of her weight is in muscles as she is very toned because of all the Quidditch that she participates in. Though even with the muscles Victorie looks very feminine and like her natural French heritage. Most would not even realize that she is Bill's son when the two stand together, but others will easily mistake Victorie to be Fleur's little sister because the resemblance is so striking. Though one common difference is obviously Fleur's hair isn't pink and that Victorie has the personality more of her father. It is a resemblance that seems to only hold true to the stature between the two women.
Eyes: To say that all of the soul can be seen through the eyes is the truth with this woman. Victorie's eyes hold the gateway to her heart. Most emotions can be seen within the striking blue eyes that come from both sides of her family. When Victorie is thinking of causing trouble there is that twinkle there that gives her away. It made it so that she was easily caught as a child. Mischief not far from her at all times when the need for adventure arises. Her eyes are the one trait that she never would want to change because she loves the color and the way that they look in opposition to her hair color. It is just one of those things that Victorie wouldn't want to loose.
Attire: Victorie certainly has many sides to her when it comes to the way that she dresses. First, there is the way that she dresses for practice and Quidditch games. This usually comes with a pair of rugged old holy Muggle jeans and a grungy old t-shirt that usually is of some Quidditch Team and of course at games she is in her uniform and is the pristine keeper. This look also generally carries with Victorie when she is out enjoying her day with people or in the Muggle world. She stays calm and makes an easy excuse for the shirts she wears like designing them herself for imaginary teams. This is casual wear for the Quidditch star. Though Victorie certainly knows how to dress up and be formal. If it is extremely formal, then she might even lose the pink hair. Otherwise Victorie can be found attending Quidditch events that require formal wear in dress robes and a smile with heels killing her feet. Generally, it is of some French wear that her mother cons her into wearing.
Temper form: Being part Veela tends to wear off on a person, and for Victorie this is no different. Having this in her blood makes it so that her temper gets the best of her. When it does, then all beware! Victorie not only is seen as a menace, but she is downright scary. Her face and body turn into a bird like creature and her skin turns different colors. Though it might take a lot to get her angry....I wouldn't suggest it. It might come off that you do not see something that one would enjoy. Certainly, no one will want to see this.

Personality: To say that there is someone that is a perfect quantity of being half their mother and half their father is to describe Victorie Weasley. Growing up with a mother that was into fashion and the high end things of France. It was this that makes Victorie part of who she is. Her fashion sense is beautifully done when it comes to dresses and language. She can prefect the French language much like her mother and it just rolls off of her tongue. It is this and her fashion statements that come from her mother, as Victorie took in the want to look pretty every once in awhile despite her tom-boyish styles. A scary thing that Victorie got from her mother, and that whole side of her family, is her temper. Victorie has been able to keep her temper under control most of the time, but once that fuse is lit then it is hard to stop.
Like all Veelas, Victorie gets turned into a bird-like creature when her temper is the hottest and her anger has boiled over. Despite it all Victorie has been able to hold a strong relationship with her mother and still love her more than the world. From her father Victorie got the love of Quidditch and trouble. Being a woman, it was not expected of Victorie to push herself into things such as Quidditch, but it was a passion that she pursued and fulfilled making the only woman league. And, please, I beg someone to tell her that her team is not good enough because it is all women, remember that temper? From Bill, Victorie got the love of simple things like the wind in your hair and the feel of a broom in your hands.
A trait that is all women seem to have, but she doesn't is the ability to cook. Victorie loves food and she loves the way that it melts into her mouth. She still swears the Grandmum Weasley puts something special into her food to always make it taste so delicious! Anyways, Victorie, no matter how hard she tries never has managed to be able to get that trait down right. It is just something about those spells that eludes her. She wonders if she can ever make a good wife without the ability to cook. She wants, and yearns, to be able to cook for her family like she watches her mother and grandmothers do for theirs. If it is one trait that she could obtain, then it would be this one that she would, and will, work at the hardest. She needs to know that she can feed a family if the times ever do come.
Speaking of families, if you haven't noticed then it is another goal of Victorie's. Before she dies she wants to not only be a wife but to have a child. Babies are one of those things that most people have in the back of their minds, but Victorie wants one and she wants to have a husband to dote upon. She knows that families come with time and that sometimes the time of raising a family shouldn't be while a Dark force is rising.
That doesn't matter to her though, as she knows who she wants, what she wants, and now she just needs to get there. Ambitions are goal that people set into motion, and Victorie has no problem being forceful and going after all of her dreams. Victorie would do anything to protect her family and those who mean a lot to her. It is people like those that make Victorie the caring woman that she is today. Without those people Victorie knows that she would die slowly inside.
Jealousy runs through her veins and it is not something that she easily deals with. She tries to bite her own tongue and not say anything, but her temper can get the best of her at times. She tends to go off and say things before she knows the whole situation which truly just causes more problems then help. It tends to cause fights and get her into only more trouble. She is protective of everyone she loves and that is how jealousy plays in.
When she is jealous she tends to forget her manners and it causes her to feel like she needs to protect the person from whatever it is that is making her jealous in the first place. There was one time when Teddy was talking with a girl who flirted desperately with him. Despite the fact that it angered Victorie she was able to stay calm enough to not go bird-like. She did go over and forcefully grab Teddy and kiss him full on though before taking his hand and dragging him off and yelling a bit at him for not sticking up for her and making it clear to the other girl that he was taken.
Granddad Arthur Weasley seemed to pass one love at least onto his grandchild despite the fact that he could not pass it on to his children. Victorie has a fascination with all things Muggle. Mostly, this is with Muggle electronics. Victorie has even put spells on them so that she can use them anywhere in the magical world. It is these kinds of things that make Victorie herself. That fascination has made it so that Victorie has learned how to drive Muggle car the correct way and even do things such as go openly into their world and not use magic.
Maybe it was the love and need for adventure that brought her to do that, but even then she’s learned, and taken many things away from the Muggle world that she will never forget. Her favorite is a contraption that plays music called the iPod, and she strongly dislikes the tellie…waste of her time. She might not have a garage full of things like her granddad, but she knows the uses for all of the things that she does have. She gets these things and then begins to do extensive research on each item that she claims.

The Story
History: Being a Weasley makes the family an easy thing to fit into, especially when you are the first grandchild. Victorie spent most of her childhood eating home cooked meals and happily playing with the cousins as they came along. Her family has made sure that she was spoiled. Her mother dressed her up and had tea parties with her, and her father taught her to play Quidditch and play in the mud. Her childhood was enchanted. On top of playing with her own family she often played with Teddy Lupin.
Once she was eleven she got a letter to Beaubaxtons and nothing could have excited her more. She gladly went and did her parents both very proud. Victorie strived while she was in school to always do her best. She got her heart broke for the first time when she saw Jake kissing another girl in her fifth year. Jake and Vikki had grown very close and it hurt Vikki more than anything to see him loving someone else.
Hurt and angry, Vikki spent a good chunk of time ignoring Jake after that incident. In fact, she spent the rest of fifth year ignoring his many attempts to talk to her. The rest of the year was only a month, so it wasn’t too bad. But come sixth year, the pair became friends again. They spent many a day talking, laughing, and just hanging out, all the while planning for their futures. They knew they wanted to join the Order, but never again would Victorie go out with him.
It was the end of Victorie’s seventh year when she finally met and snagged Teddy Lupin. They met in Hogsmeade, and it was a kiss that she likes to think blew both their minds that day. Since that day for the past year the two have been serious with each other. During seventh year Victorie did not graduate top of her class, but she did manage to graduate third. It was that position that got her into Auror training.
The past year has been the most challenging in many areas of Vikki's life. She's gone through Auror training and gotten the first string Keeper for the Holyhead Harpies. Victorie has had to spend more time away from her family then she'd really have liked to. That is what has made it so that she chose to move to join the Order. That and the ability to be with Teddy a bit more. Maybe she can even convince him to move into a flat with her this year. That is, assuming the Dark Lord doesn’t kill them all first.
