There are many stories about what happened years before Harry Potter had come to breathe his first breath. There are so many questions that were left unanswered, but it just makes things all the more interesting. Why had James Potter, of all people, been chosen to be Head Boy? Why had Lily finally given James a chance to prove himself worthy? How did Peter come to choose the Dark Lord over his friends? What pushed Severus to inform the Dark Lord about the prophesy? How did the Order of the Phoenix begin? Why is Peter a Slytherin?!
To answer the first question, we will tell you this. There is an ancient magic, a magic that no mortal man can contain. It's a magic called fate, and on rare occasions, it can speak to people through dreams. It's definitely not unheard of, but for Albus Dumbledore it had been a shock. He had seen brief flashes of the future, of James being Head Boy, the marriage to Lily, the small baby. After that he saw the Dark Lord crumpling to the ground, that same baby that had Lily's eyes and almost an identical match to one James Potter standing in front of him. If only Albus knew that the parents of said boy had died to make him be the savior of the world. He did what he thought he had to do, he gave James the position of Head Boy.
How is it that James, the one who was dedicated into loving Lily and trying to win her affection is now teasing her endlessly as a new tactic? Flipping her skirt up with magic when she is walking away from him so if he just turns around the corner he can see her butt? Why are there two Snapes going to Hogwarts? Severus Snape and his twin brother Sebastian who isn't nearly as greasy haired or ugly as his brother yet not nearly as knowledgeable. Irony has it that Sebastian ends up being part of the Marauders. Nibbles is his pet name, and since his Animagus is a squirrel it fits. Moony, Nibbles, Padfoot, and Prongs were happy to create the Marauder's Map their sixth year of Hogwarts.
Lily Evans and Severus Snape are still friends at their seventh year of Hogwarts and had started becoming friends with benefits. No one knows it though, and Lily is a bit too embarrassed to go tell everyone she was curious about sex and decided to ask her best friend if she could...experiment. James notices, of course, that Lily and Severus seem really close so when he gets the chance he does odd little pranks like transfiguring his pants into a school skirt or piling his head up with soap bubbles.
You will be given the chance to recreate the events that happened all those years ago, only with a slight twist. Which path will you take? Will you be a Death Eater, or a phoenix rising from the ashes into its glory?
