In all the years that the Cullens have lived in Washington, they have never really done anything to upset the Volturi but say no. No, they would not join the sadistic bunch of vampires that prey on humans, when they had found an alternative. They, Cullens and the Denali coven, or a more appropriate word is the Cullen and Denali Families, lived in peace with the world around them. They hunt the animals instead of humans, and their eyes had changed from a terrifying red, to a glorious gold.
The Cullens had stayed in Forks far longer than they should, even if they were out of sight from the endangered humans that would begin to suspect. Two years prior, they had finally moved some miles down and eastward to live in West Port. It was close enough that they could still visit Charlie on occasion, and Quil, who had joined Jacob's pack with Embry, could also visit Clair. Now, Edward, Bella, Alice, and Renesmee are all juinors in highschool. Emmett, Rosalie, and Jasper are seniors in highschool with Carlisle working at the town hospital as before.
Nahuel had come to live with the Cullens, staying home with Esme and his aunt everday. He doesn't know that his father is still building his army. An army that would be stronger than that of the southern coven's newborn armies. This army could be controlled. This army could be guided. The Volturi had been on the look out for such an army after Nahuel had spoken of it. They know a name, but they don't know the person. There are even whispers of an upcoming threat coming against the Volturi, an strong force that could challenge even the Volturi.
It's been a total of ten years since the confrintation against the Volturi. Alice has decided to bring back the old friends and throw a party to just bring them together for a much better reason that before. The family has added an extension to the old house they renovated, just so they can have more walking room for all the vampires. As before, the red eyed vampires must not go near Forks, and feast a good distance away from the site of the party.
