Dean has been pulled out of the pit by Castiel.
Now he's back and much worse for ware. After
having refused to get off the rack for 30 years
he finally gave in and started to torture souls
in hell. Dean's back amongst the land of the
living and currently searching for his brother.
Sam has tried everything to get his brother out
of hell yet nothing has worked. Even his new ally
Ruby was unable to help pull Dean out of hell. Sam's
heard talk amongst other hunters that his brother
was back. Now Sam's hellbent on finding Dean. Sam
killed Lilith which, inadvertently, broke the final seal
and aided Lucifer to walk free.
Ellie Bishop has a strange ability. She is able to
communicate with spirits that have not crossed
over. Only after she helps them to find peace is
she able to get them to crossover into the light
and finally be at rest.
Lucifer has broken free and plunged the world
into total darkness, the sun has been blocked
out indefinitely. Now the hunters are flocking to
New York City, the last city that hasn't been left
in ruins by Lucifer and his minions. This is where
the hunters will form their army, this is also where
the demons will form their own. NYC has now been
declared a war zone between good and evil.
