It has been 23 years after the defeat of Lord Voldemort. Everything was peaceful, until Draco decided to bring back Death Eaters. He decided that he can be the "new" Voldemort. After getting his followers, they begin plotting against Harry and Hogwarts new Headmistress/Mistress of Magic, Amanda Davis.
